The middle school student of the month for December is 7th grader Ava Powell. In Leadership, Ava devotes herself to making her school and community a better place for everyone. She takes her school work seriously, always staying on or ahead of pace. The middle school teachers appreciate her participation in the classroom and her effort to make everyone feel welcome.
