Application Process

The Haven School accepts applications throughout the school year. Families interested in their student attending The Haven School  school should complete an online application. A separate application must be completed for each student. Current students do not need to reapply for the following school year. 

All applications are reviewed by The Haven School staff to determine if The Haven School is an appropriate learning environment for the student. Parents/guardians will be contacted if additional information is needed to complete the application process. Parents will be notified of their child’s enrollment status and/or next steps in the enrollment process once applications have been reviewed. All students must complete a "meet and greet" session with The Haven School staff before enrolling at The Haven School. 

Space at The Haven School is limited. Students will be placed on a waiting list if there is not space in the requested grade level. Parents will be contacted once a space becomes available. 

Students not residing within WSD3 must also submit a boundary waiver with their application. The Haven School is expecting to be able to accept additional boundary waiver students for the 23-24 school year as our multi-district online school application is currently pending approval from the Colorado Department of Education. Boundary waivers can be found on the WSD3 website at: 
https://www.wsd3.org/department/student-registration. Space for boundary waiver students is limited. 

Contact our registrar’s office at 719-391-3070 for more information about joining our community. Families interested in applying for the current school year should contact the registrar. There is very limited space to enroll for the 22-23 school year dependent on grade level.

There is limited availability depending on grade level for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are interested in applying for the Spring 2025 semester, please call 719-391-3042 to inquire about grade level availability.

Part-Time Student Application

High School students interested in attending The Haven School as a part- time student (1 or 2 classes) should speak with their school counselor. If the school counselor believes that The Haven School will support your academic journey, the counselor will submit a part-time student application.
